Learn more about our great Brentwood at Hobart team!
Judith Liechty, Business Office Manager
I came to Brentwood at Hobart in the fall of 2012 and brought with me over 20 years of experience in business and accounting. I have a Bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and have worked for large corporate offices and small private businesses. The last seven years were spent working at another Assisted Living Community. I love the interactions I have with our residents and am blessed every day to be a part of their lives.
When I’m not working, I enjoy my four wonderful children and all of their sporting and musical events. I also like to read, garden, and walk the dunes of Lake Michigan. I consider every day to be a gift and hope that I am able to impact and encourage everyone I encounter at Brentwood at Hobart.
Ashley Lehiy, Activity Director
I joined the Brentwood family in October 2013. Prior to coming to Brentwood, I worked as an Activity Director for 3 years. I pretty much grew up in the nursing home as my mother was an activity director for 30+ years. I began volunteering at the age of 13 at the nursing home where my mother was the Activity Director. I volunteered from age 13-22 there where my mother worked. At age 16, I got a job in the dietary department at the nursing home. I started out as a dietary aide, then stepped up to being a cook. There was a part time opening as an activity assistant so I applied for that job and got it. I was an activity assistant until I took the activity director course and became an activity director. Then I became a volunteer in 2008 in South Bend at the nursing home where my aunt worked as the activity director.
When not at work, I enjoy camping, my nieces sporting events, going to the movies, canning vegetables from the garden with my family, going to concerts, and spending time with family and friends. I have a passion for Photography and this is something I recently started doing. One of my favorite things to do outside of work is spend time and make memories with my twin nieces, Kyleigh & Tayler.
